Frequently asked questions

  • How long will my parcel take to arrive? Most UK parcels are delivered next day. As long as they are dropped off by 2pm, they will be delivered the day after, Monday to Friday. This is subject to geographical restrictions.
  • Can I upgrade my delivery? Of course! We offer Saturday and morning delivery slots at very reasonable rates. Please let us know when dropping off and we'll take care of the rest.
  • How do I pay? Simply pay when dropping off your parcel. We accept cash and most credit/debit cards.
  • Are my parcels insured? Some of our carriers offer a basic cover included in the price, however you can purchase extra insurance for more valuable items – Please ask a member of staff for more details.
  • I'm sending a lot of parcels, is there a discount? Most likely! If you are sending in large volumes, or on a regular basis get in touch with our team and we can talk over your requirements.

  • £25.00 customs clearance fee is applicable to all consignments to non-EU countries.

We are a friendly, family run, parcel shop based in Range Road, Witney. We are part of the Global 360 family and we specialise in sending packages to anywhere in UK and around the world at very competitive rates.

We use a range of reputable couriers and take advantage of our direct discounts to provide a reliable and affordable service to you. This makes our rates very competitive against Hermes and the Post Office, with a local, friendly service.
